Extra Ordinary Ministers of the Eucharist (Lay Eucharistic Ministers)

Extra Ordinary Ministers of the Eucharist (Lay Eucharistic Ministers) are persons entrusted with sharing and bringing the Body and Blood of Christ to their sisters and brothers in faith.  All elements of the Eucharistic celebration (Mass) move toward the reception of Holy Communion.  It is at this time we share and are fed with the Body and Blood of the Lord Jesus and become one with all members of the Body of Christ.  Extra Ordinary Ministers of the Eucharist also take the Blessed Sacrament (Body of Christ) to those who are unable to celebrate and worship with the praying faith community.  If there is an interest to join this ministry or for more information, please contact Sister Regina Marie at 846.3369, extension #230.
